With a Business and Computer degree and over a decade as a Principal with a Management/Technology Consulting firm based in Chicago, I headed to South Florida to open a new office.  When I landed in Florida I was intrigued by the real estate market. After a few years of making mistakes and trying to "figure it out", I finally developed a system that we're constantly refining to uncover off-market investor-grade properties by segmenting zip codes and focusing on the most motivated sellers.

We have further developed the ability to find the right real estate deals for all types of buyers. We specialize and focus on finding distressed properties from motivated sellers and then pass these deals onto other investors in the community. Investors just like you - rehabbers, landlords, agents or homeowners looking for properties they can fix up and create value. 

We operate with core values, strong faith and the desire to give back. In 2018, We joined forces with Bobby Brooks to start the Cracker Johnson "2 Blessed" House for at-risk Military Veterans. Together we are helping Veterans transition from homeless and at-risk situations to having a roof over their head and believing in a better tomorrow.
